Facebook. Some Crazy Facts.

Needless to say about Facebook, if you guys dont know facebook then you dont know internet. Facebook is one of the very famous Social Networking website launched in February 2004, owned and operated by Facebook, Inc. and the owner of Facebook is the mastermind Mark Zuckerberg. Today ill tell you guys some amazing facts about Facebook.






1) Mark Zuckerberg.
Lets salute the owner of Facebook first. Mark is the worlds Youngest billionaire worth $2.0 billion & counting. I think he deserves this all, his brain leads to this success. Negative comments about Facebook exists though.


2) A country that bans FACEBOOK!
Any Guesses?? Aren't you guys wondering which country is it???? I was amazed the first time when I came to know about it! :) This amazing country is Syria. It actually started as a precaution against some campaign which is said to promote false teachings about religion & war. However, some say that it was because of the government’s fear of people creating virtual societies & resulting in an uprising. :/ I dont know how is this FACEBOOK only kill this country but not others??? Anyways due respect to this law.


3) Its addictive.
Psychologists have introduced a diagnosis FAD (Facebook Addiction Disorder) as a new kind of addiction. This created a fear in my mind, when i came to know about it. So, be careful. Facebook is not as simple as it seems. :P


4) Not all names are welcomed in Facebook.
Some names like Swastika, Leboe or Allien and maybe others as well are not welcomed in FB. I dont know why but even if these names are totally genuine FB rejects them. I think these names are the names of Marks Enemys :P .


5) More than 30 million users update their status at least once each day
Hmm! now this is serious .. 1 status update is worth 4KB minimum. So it will be around 120 million KB (Minimum) will be used in status update Daily. giving you around 115 GBs (Minimum) of Space will be used by the status updates only. OMG this is really amazing.


6) Pictures Uploaded.
You have known about the status now comes the pictures. You like many profile pics and even like to upload some right?? So, let me tell you that Facebook gets around 200 Millions of pictures EVERY DAY... needless to say RIP disk space.. even if one pic is of a MB 200 million MB at least is used in Pictures. I wonder how FB manages the server with this huge traffic. :/


7) How's your ex???.
This one seems funny but, about 60% of both male and female wants to know about their ex through Facebook. All people smiling while reading this, I want to say I caught you red handed. :P
